I am using Tikona Internet Service from last 2 month , at the time of installation their technical team shown me speed of 2 MBPS , i took plan of 750 , which carry up to 20GB date speed would be 2 MBPS post that it would be 512 KBPS . but except some it is not working as proper it should be . within data limit 700- 800 KBPS post that 10- max 100 KBPS. and sat and sun it is getting worst to worst , when i dialed for complain their customer care executive having always we are working on it we are working on it there is some tower problem , it completely mental torture and harassment , i contacted to other people also who is using the same network they do have same issue , please take an initiative action on this company against fraud , 420.

i want and immediate legal action against this company
