I applied for an Airtel Broadband, their sales guy took 600 INR from me and some days later I found out after calling up Airtel that service is not available in my area. After emailing airtel about them, it has been 2 months since my first email and 3 months since the incident and they haven’t refunded money yet.

I want my 600 rupees back with 3 months interest. Also a public clarification from them about areas where they have their broadband service so that no one else has to go around with the same hassles that I am going through
