I ordered books on 20th july , and by now i have not received my books , on contacting them repeatedly they said the books are out of stock, and then i decided to cancel the order on 4 th august , so that i could buy books from someones else but even after it they are not refunding the they said the order is in the cancellation process and after that they went silent they are not even replying to my queries ,

I want my money to be refunded and free books under worth Rs400/- as a relief for the loss of time and delayed refund of money if they refund after your involvement
