Airtel Broadband Ever Increasing Bills and Bad Customer Service

I have changed my Airtel Broadband Bill Plan on the same day when you sent an Uniltarelaly deiced message saying that i’ll have to shell out Rs 150 extra every month. However, I was caught with surprise when the Bill Plan became effective, it was only after completion of the Billing Cycle and not immediately.

In an era of Puppet Prime Minister, a disgrace top the Nation and ever rising Corruption companies like Airtel has no sense of Customer Service and Care. They are only interested in sucking the blood until the last drop from customer, which is very bad to the eco-system.

I sincerely hope that there will be some more private competition in the Wired Broadband Segment where Airtel is behaving like a monopolist.
