I am a merchant on the website shopclues.com I had two products returned to me by the consumers but due to some issue I didnot receive any of them back. After a long struggel on emails and phone they sent me a copy of the receiving, however it had forged signatures of my mom as nobody received the product on my behalf. Now they dont even reply and the support from their end is no longer active and helpful

the products had a net worth of Rs 15000. It was a complete loss as I didnot receive the products neither the money. On top of that shopclues forged signatures bof my mother. Thus breaking the law.
