Airtel Broadband Landline not providing New Connection

I had requested for a new Airtel broadband and landline connection on June 6th 2017 over the phone (from my number 988XX 14784) as Airtel website was down and the service executive after confirming my address and plan (Rs.999- 100GB@40Mbps speed) had promised me that an executive will be visiting me in 24 hours to collect the documents · There was no call at all and on 9th June I raised a request through the Airtel website, though this time I received a call it was a short and hence missed. I reached the customer care several times during this period to update my alternate number, so as to ensure the call was received ·

I received no calls regarding my request and hence I raised a new request through my alternate number on 10th June, there was an immediate call and a confirmation like before and a promise of executive collecting the document by the same evening before 6 PM ¿ and no one turned up · On 12th June I received a call from Airtel- 9344955581 and was informed that there was no feasibility in my area (Palavakkam-ECR) and hence was offered hotspot options, but after I stated about me being an old Airtel customer they got back immediately saying there was feasibility – this was really a very cheap business troll ·

I was asked to send address and identity proofs to bhartiairtelsouthzone@gmail.com and the same was shared immediately. I was initially told that a technician would visit in 4 hours and later in the evening I had to follow up for the update and they said that the technicians were busy and hence would visit early on June 13th morning · Today I never received any call and hence reached called Airtel on 9344955581 and I was told a technician would visit by today evening; as I received no updates until 4Pm I tried reaching them again and after almost 15 minutes when I got through to them I was told that the box in my area was full and hence they cannot provide me a connection! · I had to spend my time for a connection request for almost 8 days and waited 3 days for someone to collect documents, what I get back after several false promises is HUGE disappointment – no one got back · Never had I experienced such an extremely POOR customer service from Airtel and I am so irritated that I wish to take this up legally and also place a complaint on Airtel for the false promises
