Haier refrigerator Defective – Problems unresolved

I had purchased a haier refrigerator on 13/4/2016 thru vijay sales i had lodged a complaint (comp no mu 2016072 8103111) for water leakage problem ,which remain unsolved , then again complaint lodged on 24/8/2016 (compl no mu20160824103916) for which many senior technicians visited my home ( acc to them it was a defective piece) and at last did some operation on fridge wich lasted fro 1 and half days and to be noted this was a defective piece so it was a full repair work carried on by them.now again same problem arises after six months , lodged new complain( no MU20170615102718) and accord to them my warranty period expired as will have to bear the service expenses.why should i bear when i was given a defective piece in first place , so i want a brand new replacement from the company .plz do the needful
