After checking the feasibility of getting new Airtel broadband connection in my area Electronics City, Bangalore-560100, I have applied for the connection and given a cheque of Rs 3150/- three months advance rental as suggested by the Airtel representative and submitted all required documents on 28-12-2012. But after numerous follow ups with their customer care still i have not get the connection done at my place as per today 08-01-2013. Money got deducted from my bank a/c on 03-01-2013 after that i again checked with them and now they are telling there is some technical problem and there is no DP available to give new connection in my location, but their representative told while collecting cheque and documents that a free port is available in your area and that i will get connection very soon. And now they are telling you can cancel the new connection request and that they will refund the amount in 21 days via cheque. Either they should provide me the new connection as soon as possible as on date 08-01-2013 or otherwise they should return the amount with interest and compensation for cheating and mentally harassing us.
