Airtel – Broadband not working and ineffective customer support

Hi, Unfortunately i have an Airtel Broadband connection since 3 years. Issues cropped since October’11. Somehow you people managed to fix it by giving workarounds. Nightmare started since Jan’13. From Jan’13 till 29th November’13, i must have called Airtel Broadband Customer care close to 50-55 times, have even sent out n number of escalation emails to Nodal Officers, Appellate. I have even posted on Social Networking forums. Issue gets resolved temporarily and by the time the happiness seeps in, issue crops up. 15 out of 30 days in a month, the INTERNET DOES NOT WORK, where as you have been billing me for the entire month. And i have been paying the bill religiously. Whenever i call Customer Care, i have faced unethical, unprofessional behaviour. This is not the case only with the Front Line Agents, even the Floor Supervisor and Case Managers are of no use. I raised a cancellation request on 29th November’13 and i receive a call from the concerned department on 2nd December’13. Since then again i have spoken to many representatives and again sent out many emails. When i asked for a refund, fee waiver for 2 months and re-connection, Airtel informs that there in no coverage in my area. Request your assistance in getting this resolved.

I want my broadband re-connected with uninterrupted coverage and to add, a refund of the non-usage bill for which i have been charged in 2013. I want let Airtel know that they cannot fleece customer’s.
