Fraudulence by Tata Indicom / DoCoMo

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that my tata.indicom cell connection (no.-9239 424548) is valid till Jan.06.2023, its current balance is Rs.264.17 and was regular in use; but in spite of all those
eligibilities the connection has been deactivated suddenly on or after Nov.03.2012 (i.e.the last call was made on that particular date),even without any prior enquiry or a mere SMS to me.

I, therefore, entreat you to please take necessary actions to revive my prepaid CDMA connection with its foresaid bal.amt. and there by oblige me. By the by, I’m a Sr.Cit. of 72 yrs.of age; still in the mean time I’ve talked to some of the .indicom/.docomo counters within my reach, but got no solutions.Then finding out the e-addresses of the customer care cell as well as the client grievance cell of Tata Teleservices from its official website, I’ve
lodged complaint to them on this matter first time on Jun 13, 2013 and resent the same so many times thereon; but, alas, got no responses at all !

I, therefore, entreat you to please be considerate enough to take necessary actions so that I can re-use my phone and utilize my money, already paid to tata.indicom, as due talk-times and thereby oblige me.
