As per AIRTEL Website information for internet connection, one of the plan is 16 MBPS / 40 GB for a monthly rental of Rs.1399/- which was chosen by me and accordingly an amount of Rs.1000/-was also collected from me as installation charge. However, at the time of actual installation on 09/03/16, it was stated that only 4 MBPS speed is available which is only one fourth of what was advertised This is surely a breach of promise made and money collected fraudulently.

Internet speed to be restored to 16 MBPS as advertised or installation charges of Rs.1000/- to be returned.
