MY BROADBAND PROVIDER AIRTEL has changed my broadband plan from 499 rs rental to 649 rs rental without prior notifying me and since 2011 i have been payin exceeded amount . I have already complained about this to them with reference no.478262851 and i was only given monthly discount of rs 100 for three months but now I am not elgible to avail this discount. so please take strict action against them from 2011 i have already paid around rs 6000 extra .

since the increment of bill first to rs 630 on 2011 till 2013 i have paid around rs 3000 extra. and from 2014 till date i am charged rs 730 per month so which sums up to rs 1500 rs
