Airtel Charging 1 Month Rent for Post-Paid Deactivation

Hello Team I have requested deactivation request to Airtel customer care online team for Airtel 3G 7760XX344 on 31st Jan 2016 and I have got confirmation from your team below attached for your reference. However I have received email today for full payment of 20 Jan 2016 to 19 Feb 2016 for Rs.1029. I have disagreed with their billing since before generation of bill 21 days ago. However raised bill for Rs.1029 and again sent email to them why they are charging one month bill. Since its the standard bill they can not reverse. I am not going to pay this full amount. However I have already taken Airtel 4G and paid for Jan16 bill too. Please accept this complaint and highlight respective consumer forum team to resolve this issue. Regards Bala

I am ready to pay prorata basis used packages of Airtel 3G for the period from 20th Jan 2016 to 31st Jan 2016.
