Airtel CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS

I have taken a broadband connection from Airtel on 09 May,2013. Ever since the connection has been established, there was never connectivity available and I have paid all the amount. Despite of raising calls with customer support, complaints have been registered but they were all closed without my consent and the problem was never resolved. Its been more than 10 days, I neither have connection nor getting proper response to my calls.

I want somebody from the Airtel business who is sensible should look into this matter. Despite of raising complaints, there has been no relief instead, my complaints were closed without resolving the problems and without taking my consent. This is mere cheating of customers. I have wasted enough time and I don’t want to. I should not be charged for these days that I have not got the promised service from Airtel. I want a written assurance from Airtel that they would not adopt such unethical practices in future and provide valuable services to their clients. Also, proper action has to be taken on the individuals involved Mr Nagaraj.
