Not received Policy Bond No.000146755 from Syndicate Bank

I have sent policy bond for assign in favour of Syndicate Bank, Bulanala Branch, Varanasi on March’2009 to your branch. But bond was not dispatched for your end, only one letter had been received by bank regarding Policy Bond No.000146755 is assigned in favour of Bank. When I finished my all dues of bank, I requested to bank to return my policy bond then bank called to your customer care centre (18002707000). They have given complain no. 032815268 by Ms/Mrs. Neelam, she said the bank that bond will be dispatch within seven days after 7 days I personally reminded the same to customer care but your customer care officer told me please wait for 5 days again, we have wait and then further reminded to your customer care officer, they said to me please wait till 13 May’2013 your bond will be received by your bank.

With no satisfactory response/result I had complaint on your website after that I received a call from this telephone no.14008604 on 18th May’2013. According to call please submit an application with policy holder ID Proof at our local branch and receive your duplicate bond from the branch. I have submitted the same document as per your call to your representative Mr. Pawan & Ms. Mukta but no any response to me from your local branch, Kuber Complex, Rathyatra, Varanasi. After that I received your mail on 22nd May’2013 regarding this matter. According your mail I purchased Rs.200/- Stamp Paper with notification along with sign & seal by bank manager of Syndicate Bank, Bulanala, Varanasi. As per your mail only this document is compulsory for duplicate policy no need any other documents. But we made a separate covering letter of letter head of Syndicate Bank. On this letter, Bank Manager have written bank tan no., bank address and his signature with request to your branch to dispatch the policy bond directly to bank. But again I would like to tell you covering letter are not required by your mail because only stamp paper is sufficient as per your mail. After that again I have contacted with above aforesaid document to your officer Ms. Mukta & Mr. Pawan at your Varanasi branch on 23/05/2013. I went 2 times at your branch 11 AM & again on 4:30 PM they have not received stamp paper with covering letter. These document are attached with this mail as per your information and tell me reason why have not been received by your branch. I surprised when I requested to Mr. Pawan please check my document he told me to give to Ms. Mukta, it means Mr. Pawan is not right person for this matter and I gave the document to Ms. Mukta after few second she give the paper to Mr.Pawan, it means she is not right person for this matter finally both have refused to receive the same paper and returned to me. They said document are not complete. I am not understanding, who is right, you or those person Mr. Pawan & Ms.Mukta. Who is responsible for my harassment please answer me for my few questions as given below :- 1. What does the government body like Syndicate Bank give notarise stamp paper if it is right please give me IPC/IRDA detail. 2. If any bond miss from any cause and customer inform you with written application, ID Proof & address proof or same fulfill by assigned bank. Why are you providing duplicate bond. 3. All insurance companies under IRDA, What IRDA have different rules & regulation for all insurance companies? Because I have same process follow in same bank, same loan A/c & same policy holder with other private insurance company. I appreciated that company they have provided duplicate policy to me within 5 working days without harassment after submitting the written application. 4. I am shifting with my family on 10/06/2013 in Uttranchal please tell me who will come from Uttranchal for your branch & Syndicate Bank. 5. Why me should do not complain to IRDA. 6. Why me should do not complain to consumer forum. 7. Why me should do not complain to Insurance Lok Pal. 8. Why should do not complain of Syndicate Bank because bank is policy owner. 9. We stay 20 Km. from your local branch & 36 Km from bank and 4 to 6 times meet out from your branch & 4 times complain to customer care centre and 2 times mail to your website, this is not possible for me daily up down from your branch & bank. 10. You have not sent the bond after assigned policy in 2009 to the bank if you have dispatched the bond please give me dispatch no. and receiver’s name of bank in which bank you dispatched. 11. And as per your requirement write on stamp paper, bank does not buy stamp paper. I am suffering between both of you. I have purchased Rs. 200/- Stamp Paper, commission-Rs.40/-, typing cost of Rs.30/- and Rs.110/- for notification total cost of Rs.380/- who is responsible person for my loss. 12. In your branch, security guard told me how to talk your employee and maintain a distance between me to Ms. Mukta & Mr. Pawan. When customer purchase your policy that time your company provide for sitting in Manager’s Cabin but when customer want to service about his insured policy that time your representative, security guard etc harass to customer.

I am your client not customer why did your guard say as above. 13. I am very suffering with harassment from 2009 and recently last 29 April’2013. I am not interested in your local branch. I want my bond with reassign my policy and surrender the bond value in my account. Please provide the service to me at your end or who are right person in this matter, who will handle this matter immediately please send me his name & mobile no. dear sir this is my letter on 24 may 2013 for birlasunlife insurance company ltd.they not reply me till date and time .
