Sir, I booked a UBISLATE7C+ vide on 09 April-2013 booking ID PME5E3B under on line advance payment and recd. mails on 09/04/2013 and 12/04/2013 confirming the order and payment.I reminded them on 17th,22nd, 24th and 25th April for sending the item than i recd. a mail on 25th that device will be dispatched with in a week but there is no any response after that on telephonic conversation they do not answer Properly and behave very roughly and said do whatever you can do.It looks it is a fraud company and cheating such as with me

I have made advance E-payment of Rs.4899/- has already been received by the Company which is caused the economic & mental peace.

Refund of Rs.4899/-along with Compensation & interest which you like for this case and legal action against Company.
