Airtel Deactivated Number Shows Internet Usage – Review

I ported my number 9560470xxx from Airtel to Vodafone on 29 May. Airtel did not bother to send me the Bill for the month of May. After making calls and emails to Airtel, I got a bill which showed that my internet usage charges are invalid as I have used less than the allowed limit. I mailed again to airtel on 16th June and the same is acknowledged by the Nodal team, however as my number was deactivated from Airtel so they cannot correct the bill at that time and hence, i was asked to wait for 3 days. I sent a mail after waiting for 3 days but no one responded again. Instead of calling me for the Bills, Airtel sent request to my current service provider Vodafone and vodafone started calling me for my bills. I told Vodafone that my Airtel bill is not correct and Airtel has to correct that bill before i can pay that. I mailed to Vodafone and Airtel forwarding all my previous communications om 3rd July. Then I recieved a call from Airtel and I was again asked to wait for 48 more hrs and I was assured that my bill will be corrected. After that, when I recieved calls from Vodafone, I told them that Airtel is working on correcting my bills, so if Airtel calls or requests vodafone for my bill, ask airtel to call me. But still I kept getting calls about my pending bill. the last time when I spoke to an Airtel was on 14th July wherein I was again asked to wait for a day and I will get an update but again no one called. I was given a separate number by airtel to call which was 9717221239 as I cant get through to them from any other number. Suddenly on July 17, my number was suspended. I felt like being cheated. On one hand, I was promised that My bills are being corrected by Airtel, on the other hand, Airtel requests Vodafone to suspend my number. I don’t have any service, including Incoming calls or message

I demand Airtel to request Vodafone to restore my services, I demand Airtel to send me a correct bill and I demand a compensation for the loss of services and for the miscommunication and negligence that Airtel has shown towards my issue. Its been more than a month and my issue was not resolved, I was kept in dark by Airtel and then the services were suspended.
