Whirlpool Product Under Warranty – Customer Care Review

I have buy a whirlpool magicool ac on 13th july 2013 , my product was under warranty when i complained them, there engineer came and told that some part pdc is not working and taken pdc from my ac for replacement, and now from past 15 days they are telling that company had not sent that pdc for replacement,and m mentally harassed as m continuously calling there customer care and service dealer but not getting any positive response.

due to this m suffering from past 10 days mentally harassed

just want they either replace my ac’s non functional part replace the ac with new one
