This is regarding the complaint about the abc enterprises,tamilnadu chennai We asked the connection details and procedure on 30 August 2013 and we have submitted the proofs and whatever required details, Complaint: • Customer service of that abc enterprises not calling us and not giving any details about the connection when we called them they are not picking the call • Even if they picked the call no proper response, disconnecting the call while the speaking itself • When we asked for the Tariff plan details they said differently before getting the proof and after proof submission • After our reminder in any other different number….. they are telling that executive will come to your place but no will turn up.

Executive came suddenly one day and gave us 3 sim cards and told us that it will be activated on that day evening but it is not activated • When we called the customer service next day they said we need to pay the deposit amount which was not been told to us earlier. • We asked them to send the executive to collect the deposit amount but no one turned up till now, connection not been activated till now. • We doubt that these people are playing with our proofs, may be they are using our proof for other persons? • We want all our proofs to be returned Awaiting for the proper resolution
