Dear Sir, This is for your kind information that I have not received my product with the shipment number X03810165 and the shipment address- ABHISHEK KUMAR GUPTA s/o shri santosh kumar gupta near c.s.e.b. store, main road bishrampur satpata 497226 Chhattisgarh Sir, I have not yet received the product and it shows on your website to be delivered somewhere in Ambikapur on 1st August 13, which is certainly not the right address. I have been trying to trace down the shipment since last three weeks and yet there is no positive response from any of your employees at Bishrampur, Ambikapur and Raipur. Your Raipur delivery centre number (0771 4069321) is never responsive. Further, your employee at Ambikapur (some woman/female) misbehaved over phone and even when personally met. Sir, such kind of behaviour and service will not be tolerated at any cost. This has been an extreme case of mis-handling everything ranging from customer care, meeting of deadlines, and dissemination of proper information from your company. Please take the necessary step to rectify the error in the process whatsoever; and provide me with a scanned copy of docket received with my signatures.
