Sir i would like to you take immediate action about my phone’s status which is in the service center from past 20 days. though lava xolo has a five day (working) repair policy they haven’t returned my phone from almost three weeks. every time i contact customer care they respond as the issue will be resolved within 48 hours .sir i would like u to take strict actions against the company so that no other consumer could be annoyed like me . i bought this phone on 9th of august and it ran out of NETWORK within 25 days of usage. i have made a bad investment of my 10000 INR. but please help me get my phone back.
