on 24-06-2014 Rs 99/- was deducted two times ( total Rs. 198/-)from my Airtel prepaid mobile No. 9560763304 top up account with my proper authentication. the customer care told that downloading of some App caused this deduction. this i strongly object. we never called for any downloading of any app. that too for two times. why airtel allowed to charge the deduction from my recharge amount which is for talking and data usage only. this is one sided approach of Airtel which led to deduction of Rs. 99/- two times. even RBI says for any online sale- pruchase must be properly authenticated. airtel without my proper consent allowed deduction of Rs. 99/- two times.

i want my money ( Rs. 198/-) reverted back to my airtel top-up account immediately
