We are one of the subscriber of the services of TATA SKY with registered mobile no as 9849004xxx. But they have been the most irresponsible company with no element of service to their subscribers. They had upgraded six months back their technology by introducing a new top set box to accommodate more Channels. They were suppose to replace our existing Box to get the benefit of their up gradation automatically .But they never changed the top set box in spite of making requests . We continue getting very few channels which has deprived us from watching all the entitled channels during the last 6 months , since the time up dation process started. We requested them to give us the credit of the amount charged to us for this period . They have not taken any action in spite of repeated reminders.

We want that they should give us six months of extra viewing , the period we did not get channels through their Top Set Box become obsolete after up gradation of their technology. They should also provide us with the Remote Control which they did not give while replacing the box
