I have purchased one new Airtel sim card and the same was activated on 16 Aug 14. I got balance of Rs 150/- as talktime and 1GB 3G data after FRC. But in evening when I checked my balance it was showing zero in both the account. I don’t know what to do. I called customer care he did not give satisfactory reply. I also register a complaint vie Ashoka.com but got no satisfactory reply till date.
I want my Talk Time of Rs 150/- and 1 GB data back and compensation for mental harassment because as a consumer if so heavy amount is deducted from my account I should have given an explanation for the same after calling to customer care but they have not given a satisfactory reply.
