SIR, I recently got a call from vodafone saying that if i get my no ported from aircel to vodafone postpaid connection ,i will be given a plan of 200rs in which i will get 600 local and std minutes along with 300 local and std sms,when i agree to port my no to vodafone postpaide,they send a vodafone employee from delhi to me whom i gave photostate of my voter id together with 2 passport size photographs,also he took 250 rs as security deposit for postpaid connection.But after 8 days i got a call from vodafone that postpaid connection can not be given on my id,they told me that if i mail them photo of a valid id proof of any relative of mine who is a resident of ncr then vodafone connection will be given in the name of that person,then i mailed the id of my relative on the email id on which i was asked to mail i.e. vimal.singh@qual-touch.com ,now when i am calling on the nos from which i got vodafone offer call and on the no which is given on the cash reciept i.e. 783823xxx and 999966xxx they are disconnecting my phone,i have called them 500 times in the last 2 days but they are not picking up the call. Attached is the photograph of the cash reciept which the vodafone employee gave to me. Sir please solve my problem asap .i am very tensed.

I want vodafone to give me postpaid connection as i have given all the required documents and also give me a sum of 1000 rupees as redress since i was mentally harassed by the cheap behavior of vodafone employee,they were not even attending my phone call,i called them 500 times but they disconnected every time,so i want 1000 rupees as redress together with the vodafone connection. thank you
