hello madam/sir, I’m writing this mail to bring it to your knowledge that despite several requests I’m not getting my detailed bill of my airtel mobile 981815882 neither your service provider are giving me satisfactory answer. For the past 2 months I haven’t made any single call still my bill has reached Rs.552(approx.) from Rs.196(approx).therefore,I Want complete detailed bill of my airtel mobile 981815882 containing every single detail of my calls and messages etc. , as soon as possible.

I have recharged my Prepaid mobile for Rs. 75 through Citibank online transaction. I received a message “Recharge Successful for Rs. 75, Talktime Credited Rs. 1.00, Processing Fee: Rs 65.75, Service Tax: Rs. 8.25”. Unnecessarily Rs. 65.75 deducted, how can airtel justify this deduction. Just making fool of their customer. Absolute cheating.
