Airtel Digital TV – account is not showing credit amount

I got a call from your sales executive and he informed and guided me to upgrade my old set with new HD box by paying Rs 1499 and charges for stb HD box is Rs 999 and rs 500 will be credited in my account balance.on 13.5.2014, i upgraded my old set with new HD stb by paying in cash RS 1499, and i got a message from airtel that my account is recharged with Rs 1499.The problem is my account is not showing the credited Rs 1499., and instead Rs 999 were deducted for HD STB. Now my account balance is negative RS 880 and services are suspended due to insufficient balance. today morning, i again recharged with rs 220 and services are started for short duration and suspended again. i advise you to credit the amount of RS 1499 paid by me in cash to your representative and start the services as soon. Airtel is cheating its customers and has not updated in my credit Rs 1499 that i paid their representative in cash.
