problem: imps fund transfer timed out from citibank to sbi. this sms came from citibank on my registered mobile number. amount debited from citibank but no credit in beneficiary bank. details: type of transfer: imps – reference no. 413021173774 from : citibank to: sbi initiated on may 10, 2014. current status: debited from citibank and not credit in sbi. my huge amount of money has been blocked for more than 5 days now. no proper & convincing information or updates from citibank customer service. please take it up on urgent basis with citibank and npci(national payment corporation of india). this is causing me extreme mental agony and mental harassment as there is not proper information on where my money is even after 5 days!!! i am hoping consumer grievance forum will help me at the earliest and investigate it with citibank and sbi bank.
my amount should be credited back in citibank without any further delay.
