On 02-04-2013 12 PM Afternoon I purchased two Airtel DTH connections paying amount Rs 9614. Transaction ID: 66459496 Customer ID:3012281773 Booking ID: 195813 1) Till now I have no invoice or bill for the payment made 2) I was promised all HD channels free on my secondary connection for an year but only few are showing up. I contacted the regional manager Mr Suryvanshi on 079-40037114. All he has done is credited Rs 350 back to my account and now that balance is reducing everyday. I don’t want that Rs 350 back I want my invoice and the promises made while purchasing.

I want Invoice of Rs 9614 payment made and all HD channels free on my secondary set top box. Which I purchased looking at their offers that time.
