I Got offer info in TV, that upgrade to HD+ DTH in 1199/- only. i sent the SMS “HDPL” to 54325 and got replied from Airtel in 2-5 min. with confirmation that you requested to upgrade DTH HD+ at 1199/- on 6th Jan 2014. Next Day i.e. 7th Jan 2014, i got Call from 011 4743 8300 from Airtel that within 24 hour your DTH setup box will be upgraded to HD+ at 1199/-. after 2 days i again got call from Airtel that offer is end now. and you have to pay 1499/-. attached the screenshot of Mobile showing SMS confirmation from Airtel on 6th Jan 2014 and Call on 7th Jan 2014

Immediate Upgrade to HD+ and fine for such a long delay
