Airtel kerala has been charging for unsolicited service and unused service of mobile internet and value added service on my bb since nov 2013. Mails to correct the bill is never replied. Hence after sending repeated mails, i stopped payment of bill from nov 2013 and continued to remind for corrected bill. They have blocked my mobile and continue to claim rent charges. No one to reply . Fed up. I have other connections and hence not bothered about disconnection. However i want to pay the actual charges i am supposed to pay and finish of my relationship with airtel.
