I had purchased a dish TV from AIRTEL Digital through online with my credit card on 19-04-2013. And due to some problem at home I cancelled the said order and received the message to my mobile that the refund has been processed. But no refund has been received by me. Even after repeated request through Toll Free number and online as well the company has not returned my money yet.

I want my money to be refunded with interest @11% as I have paid this amount to my bank for the negligence of the Airtel Company: immediately as it is now more than one year since the cancellation.
