SnapDeal Shopping Refund Process Very Slow

I have purchased ac and fridge on 5-4-2014, Snapdeal assured to deliver them by 12-4-2014 and 15-4-2014,after 15 april i did not received them hence i lodged complaint and called them almost every alternate day they answered me that i will receive them in 72 working hours .today one of their representative called me and told that they are going to cancel my order because my place is not covered under their service location.it took almost 20 days to tell me that answer.i have checked my pin code while ordering it showed that product can be delivered to my place in 7 working days.i asked regarding refund they told that they refund as soon as they receive the products,i demanded for immediate refund because it is not my fault,they did not agree,hence i am writing this to you.

In summer temperature in AP reaches upto 48 c, my kid is 4 months old ,for his sake i ordered in the beginning of the summer ,but half of the summer is passed ,half the summer will be passed by the time they refund me,i cant buy unless they refund.this is my situation,kindly help in this regard.
