Airtel Digital TV – Set Top Box not Working

I complained about the relocation on 12th July 2014 but no action was taken by Airtel . I fixed this problem after 3 days with the help of local contacts. Again i complained regarding set top box because it was not working. Next day technician visited our place and changed the same for which they charged 400 RS without giving any receipt because they gave us the excuse that company doesn’t provide the receipt . Again there was problem in the set top box for which I complained on that day only and no action has been taken by Airtel till date

I want to recover my expenses which is 1700 RS and get the whole problem solved at the earliest.
