Samsung Galaxy – Issues Unresolved by Customer Care

SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 i9500 BLACK IMEI : 355798-05-125435-7 Bill date : 21 March 2014 I had been continuously facing several hardware issues after I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 on March 21 , 2014. From the first day I got the mobile, Am terribly facing different issues. When I unboxed the phone, Its ear speaker was not working and they serviced and replaced the earpiece and the case was closed. ( When I asked for a replacement within 2 days of purchase they denied telling it was an online purhase ,then the next excuse was replacement will be only done for the mother board and at last they denied the replacement telling that I had lost one sticker on the box ) After 2 weeks I was facing terrible heating Issue and low back up. I went to the service centre and they told the issue was with the software and changed the software. The heating and battery issue still remained with phone. 2 weeks ago I had a problem with the charging , The phone was not getting charged frequently. Then I had to submit my phone in the service centre and after returning, the same issue existed. I went to another service centre in Aluva, and submit my phone and they told they need to replace my charging port, and I had to wait 4-5 days since charging port of S4 was not in stock with them. After replacing the charging port they told that there was some issue with the LCD and asked me replace the LCD. And LCD was replaced . The next day my charger got some issue and was not working and I had to wait another 3 days since new charger was not in stock with them. The next day when I started to use the phone , the phone was not showing network in GSM. Again I had to go the service centre in Aluva and they told they forget to tight some pin , when they changed the LCD screen. They make it all right and give back the phone. Next day, the same network issue existed. After those issues, I contacted Samsung costumer care and one of the representative from the CEO office contacted me and asked to submit my phone in service centre one more time and assured that I wont be facing any more complaints. and I again keep the phone in service centre for another day. Now I have have heating issues with my phone. My phone gets heated much when making calls and the battery back up is very very pathetic ( aroud 5 hrs maximum ) I had also an issue with speaker , ear speaker and mike while making calls and that issue got resolved only after resetting the phone.

I need a complete refund or replacement from Samsung end. Fed up visiting the Samsung service centre
