Airtel Digital TV Terminated Services – Review

We had purchased Airtel Digital in august 2013 and utilized the services till April 2014, after which we had surrendered the box and terminated the services for some reason. Even after terminating the services, Airtel digital is calling us till date to ask why have we not recharged our account for the past months. They have been informed several times that we are no longer using it, but they are just not ready to update their database. To add to the frustration, their employee sitting at the malad office in Mumbai had the guts to speak insensitively and rudely to us when she was cross-questioned as to why the database was not updated and why are they bothering us again and again. A complaint (no. DT100800050) was also registered on October 8, 2014 regarding this which has been not addressed till date. This has been really irritating us especially during the office hours. Its been 8 months since submission and they are torturing us for our mistake of surrendering the equipment and terminating their services.
