i am from faridabad, bought a new vw jetta on 28th Aug’ 14 from vw delhi metropolitan, few days back i went to nearby workshop in faridabad for some general checkup in the car & got to know that the bonnet, front right fender & bumper has been repainted. then i immediately went to the dealer, he denied that there is no such issue & told me to take the car to their workshop. today i went to them & they are saying there is no such issue in the car just a little paint defect something. the manager & body shop supervisor has misbehaved with me & denied there is no defect. they are not even allowing me to talk to senior head of dealer. someone said he is out of station & no. was switched off etc… the dealer has cheated on me by provided me an accidental vehicle, i don’t want this car. i want my money back which i have spent on this worthless car & company.

i don’t want this car, its a worst company. my relatives are also owning the same brand they are also fed up with its complaints. i want my money back.
