I had availed the services of Takeoff Worldwide Inc. for my USA visa processing in May 2014. I paid 5000 Rs for Skills Assessment test and after getting a clearance, I was asked to pay 1.8 lakhs for Visa processing. I was told that it will take 3 months and if the Visa is not cleared, then the amount will be refunded. I have been writing to them to understand the status. There was no response from them. Then 2 weeks back I said I’ll file a consumer complaint and then I got a response that it is still under process. When I wrote back to them 2 days ago, the emails came back undelivered. Please let me know if any further details are required and how do I proceed.

I have lost around 1,80000 + the initial fee of 5000. I have wasted lot of time and energy on submitting the forms as per their guideline and also wasted a lot of time and energy following up. This is causing me mental agony and anxiety.
