Airtel – disconnection of mobile no

I have airtel mobile no 8600137xxx. Airtel suddenly disconnected my no on 8 march during that time I have active gprs plan on my no. When I ask about this to airtel, they gave me reason that my no not in use for 90 days. According to TRAI data usage is also consider for a number to be in active state. when I ask airtel that i use internet till 7 march, then how they say that my no. is not in use for 90 days.There was no such period of 90 days when I don’t use internet on my no. Afer asking again and again they also dont explain that between which two dates 90 days calculated. Here airtel clearly violate Trai guideline. Now its airtel responsibility to provide me new sim with same no. at free of cost and also provide me compensation for the harassment.
