i am a senior Gynaecologist in DEl-NCR area,i have VODAFONE MOBLE NO.783805xxx since last 03 yrs,first i had a prepaid connection and i with all my calls never paid more than rs.300/- per month but but after ward by pushing of Vodafone marketing since last almost 02 yrs i changed it to post paid connection.Since then i never paid less than Rs 400 and most time more than Rs.800 pm.I get very hiked bill,i went thrice to sec 18 noida vodafone store to change it to pre paid but some time they will say you come on 18th then on 10 th and so on they donot want to change it to prepaid for cheating a customer like me on hidden charges.My bill for april 14 has been generated 924.21 where as i have not utilised any such heavy calls.i took rs 100 internet pack for 300 mb as per thei advertisement by sending sms pack as sms pack started i started getting net surfing and as per my smart phone data usage column ,i only utilised 2.95mb but now rs.375 has been chaged for net sufing as they say no net package given to me they charged for general surfing charge rupees per KB rather than package of 300 mb for Rs.100/-. Sir,this is a cheting and fraud by company ,as never net comes to my phone how it comes after sending sms for plan of rs 100 for 300 mb and it closed when 300 mb utilised ,i wrote for this to Vodafone too but company replied that net package not started they didinot check my sent sms and adamant to take money by 5th may otherwise will disconnect me,their store donot take equest of changing to prepaid they dont send bill. Sir,please take action so that i can change this company and do a fair enquiry too as they never send us a bill to check how my phone is using which number and how far minutes so that i can check whether charge is reasonable for me as per my usage.they have threatened me to cut my lines if i dont pay them in full .
