Dear Sir/Madam,

It is a very distracting method adopted by your company for be-fooling the subscribers with your mesmerizing advertisement and false promises to provide best services. I am facing problems of your DSL facility and a number of times i made complaints and even informed that I want to surrender my airtel connections because of deficiency on the part of the service provider and every time assured of redressing my grievances. Last time when i gave intimation regarding my willingness to surrender my four airtel connections, it was promised to change the modem and also providing me high quality service with increased speed. But you never adhered to your assurences.

I am a subscriber of Airtel for a long time and were using the following four broad band connections, but because of deficiency in the services and also negligence on the part of service provider, I made a request to closer down one of the above connection 4654085 which was deactivated. There were frequent problems on connection 4608712, which was pointed out on various occasions and despite repeated assurances from your side there was no improvement on the services and I was paying a monthly bill of over Rs.3500.00 P.M. for the above connections. Last time I made a complaint through a mail and assurance was given that better service will be provided and a few days it wont off well and now you have stopped above connection even without any intimation resulting a lot of disturbance and loss to me which clearly indicate that company is not willing to redress the grievances of subscribers and charging bills without providing services.

Now I have been given offered better schemes and service by your competitor and hence I have decided to close down my other two connections with immediate effect. So kindly deactivate connections.

I am going to highlight this kind of deficiency in the services by Airtel company in the social media and also going to file a complaint in the consumer court for be fooling the subscribers with your advertisement and false promises and raising exorbitant bills.
