Not satisfied with Samsung A/C after sales service

Hello,
My name is Himanshu, I am leaving in Bikaner. I am dedicated customer of your products and am using your products for long time. But this time I am not satisfied with your after sales Service.
I am using your AC and I have some issue with the outdoor unit. I have call to nearest service center as it is in warranty period. Firstly they told me to send the unit to their service for repair, which I manage by my self but now 2-3 days after repair they continously told me that they are coming with unit to install. But today they said come to service center and take the outlet unit.

Seriously guys,
You can charge extra for door to door service but please don’t do that with your dedicated customers. I am not expecting this from you as such a big brand. I am expecting you to take some action against the service center. Else you will losing your customers.
