I am holding the captioned license and working with National Insurance Company Limited, BO VI, Millerganj, Ludhiana (Code 401603). I have been passing annual business to the said branch office approx Rs.2.50 crore per annum.

The said branch office is not giving proper services to my valued customers and therefore, I have applied for NOC so as to work with another PSU company.

The said branch is not issuing me NOC inspite of my repeated requests & reminder.

I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help me so that I may able to get my licence renew.
