Bata – Shoe Exchange + Store Staff Behavior Issues

Hi concerned,
I’m Poonam Bhatt, a native of Manimajra, Chandigarh. On 27th May, 18, I purchased a pair of shoes from a Bata store located in NAC Manimajra Chandigarh with an invoice no. CM3123180002921. The pair of shoe worth Rs. 2000/- which now I want to get changed at any cost. When I wore the shoe hardly for 5 minutes and had a stroll inside my home, I had minor yet some injuries on my left feet. Due to which reasons, I wanted to get this shoe changed.
In order to do so, I went to the store on 29th May, 18, and asked for an exchange. On this, the store head and other workers started to misbehave with me and directly refused to me change the product. They kept me wait for 30-40 minutes and when I asked for a solution, they rudely asked me to call Bata Customer Care. To proceed the same, I called on Bata customer care but no one responded. Later after, waiting for next 10 minutes, they asked me to leave and come up with a Bata email to exchange the same.

I do not know, how a brand like Bata enrolls illiterate people who don’t even know the right way to treat their customer. Really upset with the what they have proffered me with.
Looking forward either to get the complete refund or product exchange. Before I lose patience and take a strict action using internet potential, I would expect a solution asap.
