SIR, I am Airtel DTH customer ID 3002870072.since last five years two month back my sd box changed now on 2nd oct. i asked to up grade my DTH SD to HD & i Paid charges Rs.850/- Immediately. after some time my sd box stop working I again call & inform and asked to send some one they promise me in next 24 hours your complaint will solve. till today my problem not solve no one visit my house.after every twenty four hours I call customer care and asked send some one to resolve my complaint. Now last three days I am receiving phone coll from different / different so coll engineer they are taking my address but not come to my house. (since i already inform Monday to Friday my house closed in between 10 am to 5.30 p.m. last three days so call engineer promise me they are coming to my house would not. and cell phone unreachable or not pick up.

Penalty those who responsible provide me at least one year free services
