Hi Sir/Madam, I have taken 2 airtel post paid numbers of 23rd of September 2014 and i have paid Rs. 250 as a security amount for both these numbers, and i have disconnected the numbers on October 4th as i have taken these numbers for my brother and he shifted to mumbai. So i have used these numbers hardly 10 days and made only 5 to 6 calls which was costing around 45 to 50 rupees. but the airtel company has sent me a n bill of Rs. 849 for 9871151788 and Rs. 382 for 9871177988. SO i asked them the reason for generating the bills but they are saying that we have received the cancellation request on 4th of October but ur retentation team had called you and you agreed to retain the numbers, but i have not received any call for reorientation. So plz help me.

i want the full waive off of the bill and my security deposit amount of Rs. 250
