Videocon Spilt AC – No Bill given for replaced unit & warranty

I had a Complaint registered with Videocon Spilt AC 1.5 Ton number: DEL1205140202 on which the Spilt AC was replaced on July 5, 2014 after paying an additional amount of Rs3000/- and Videocon informed me that new bill will be shared with me that will include new Serial numbers and Additional warranty information which I bought with the earlier model that got replaced. ( attaching acknowledgement for the replacement) Videocon Managers informed me that since SAP tool is down so bill cannot be generated on July 5th so they agreed to send me bill in few days. Few days is turning into a month now !!! I have spoken at customer care who advised speaking with Mr. Pamposh ( who never pick up the call) prior to that I spoke with Mr Rishi at 08130898943 who requested my email for the invoice still no update on my invoice. Also tried reaching out to the dealer Dheeraj at 8130996871 with no success. Please note that I will not be running around or calling one or the other manager to get the invoice. It is your job to share new invoice if you cannot do that, then something is wrong and need to be sorted fast else I will be left with no other option to go legal as this is going on for few months now and is still pending on Videocon. Next team from where I initially purchased the unit just forward me to various people and email to all the concerned people but no one willing to help Regards, Gurpreet Singh
