Airtel Mobile staff has cheated and charged internet charges in-spite of requesting them to update 2GB free plan.

I cannot pay sum of 5000 INR for mistake that the staff entails and I am not responsible either.

I request Waiver on the internet usage for the period of December 2012 – January 2013.
