Airtel – Excessive Billing & Network Issue

My mobile number Airtel 8961895xxxx was given excessive bill of Rs. 6,870. I have complained about the same that there data are wrong and asked to rectify. Airtel is saying that mobile data was excessively used. I have never received any warning limit message which every service provider sends much before the data limit. I have written many mails but they are ready to understand their own fault and asking me to pay. Also, I am complain from last 6 months regarding network issue that I am facing which they never resolved and when it came for their fault on bill, they are again asking me to pay. With such bad service and harassment they are pushing limits and not accepting their fault.

Need to reconcile bill as per normal charges and also charge them for faulty network and data issues.
