Airtel – Extra Billing Connection Clousre

Hi , I have taken a Airtel 4G LTE Connection in January when i was in pune. In April,i shifted to Bangalore, Network of 4G was pathetic in Bangalore so i asked for discontinuation. i visited Airtel ITPL Store for disconnection but they did not do and gave some reason to delay it. Finally i wrote to Airtel customer care on 19th May for discontinuation but they are asking me to pay till July because they have registered this complaint on 26th June. I have two concern: (1) For my connection-7387017452 they are asking me to pay Rs.2728.10/-. Even though i will consider 19th may as last date maximum i have to pay around 1800, they are asking me to pay 1 month extra rental. (2)While taking the connection i pay 1600 for device, now that device is of no use, they are refusing to refund that amount also because i have misplaced that receipt. But Device is belongs to Airtel only. In Airtel my request no is -BAL|Ref05925715 for deactivation. I have all mail conversation between me and customer care.

I want billing should be consider when i raised for discontinuation.In 3rd week of April i visited Airtel store in ITPL Bangalore or max till 19th may when i send mail to customer care. I want to return there device and want my security deposit money(1600) back.
